Do the following exercises in order then repeat 3-5 times for a total body workout.

  • 15 burpees
  • jump rope for 2 minutes
  • 10 pushups
  • 25 jump squats
  • mountain climbers for 30 seconds
  • jump rope for 2 minutes
  • jumping jacks for 30-60 seconds
  • REST BRIEFLY (up to a minute)
