Tropical Walnut SmoothieCan be made one hour ahead

Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts
Additional NOW® walnuts to sprinkle on blended smoothies
1/3 cup (2-inch cube) tofu

Preparation:
Place orange juice, mango, walnuts and tofu in blender.
Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with walnuts.

Makes 3 cups
