Fall food loves comfort and nothing is more comfortable than curling up
with your favorite dessert -healthified!
This healthy apple cobbler recipe can easily be doubled using a pie dish.
And trust us when we say, you will want to make more after just one bite of this delicious fall favorite!
You will need 2 ramekin oven proof dishes (apx 4 inches wide)
2 cups sliced apples ( 1 c for each dish)
Cinnamon and stevia.
Spoon into ramekins.
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1 tsp or 1 packet of stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbs macadamia or other healthy nut oil or you can try NOW Coconut Oil
1 scoop NUTRABIO 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla
Mix topping ingredients and drop by spoonful over top of apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until apples are soft.
