¾ cup Jamie Eason Lean Body For Her Whey Protein Shake, chocolate
2½ TB cocoa
½ tsp stevia, liquid
1 tsp pure peppermint extract
6 TB NOW Coconut Oil, melted
2 TB unsweetened shredded coconut or 1 TB coconut extract
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
2. Using a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop into the bottom of a muffin tray, then set in freezer to set for 5-7 minutes.
3. You want the cookies to be hard to the touch.
4. Keep in the refrigerator or store in the freezer
Makes apx 13 cookies.
