It is spring!!
That means a new batch of springtime fruits like strawberries and rhubarb are ready to pick!! HerSUPPZ.com has the perfect combination for a healthy protein-packed snack!
1/2 cup stevia
1 cup oat flour (easily made with old-fashioned oats pulsed in a blender)
4 scoops (130g) Muscle Pharm Combat, Cinnamon Bun
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1 cup fat free/skim milk (almond or soymilk work as well)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of chopped strawberries
1 cup of chopped rhubarb
Chopped walnuts would be delicious also!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray.
Mix all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries & rhubarb.
Pour into muffin tins.
Makes 24 muffins.
