You don’t have to sacrifice your favorite cookie just because you are trying to eat healthy! This simple, delicious and healthy protein snickerdoodle cookie recipe proves it! These are a great post workout snack!

INGREDIENTS for Snickerdoodles

3 cups oat flour (blend old fashioned oats in a blender until you get a fine flour consistency)
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops Dymatize ISO-100 Protein Powder, Cinnamon Bun
1 cup almost melted coconut oil
1/4  cup coconut sugar
2 Tb honey or maple syrup
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 Tb cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350F.  Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. In separate bowl, combine coconut oil with ¼ cup coconut sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture to egg mixture until the batter is thick enough to roll into balls. Roll the dough into balls & roll in a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon. Place onto a sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for apx 7 minutes.
