1 QUEST BAR, Vanilla Almond Crunch
3 large medjool dates, pitted
2 TB cocoa powder
½ TB NOW Coconut Oil, melted
1 TB agave nectar or honey
Cut QUEST BAR into 2 long even strips (cutting it vertically to make two 2 strips approximately 4 inches long x ½ inch wide)
In a food processor, add dates and almond butter. Blend until dates and P28 FOODS PROTEIN SPREAD form a smooth mixture. Set mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine NOW Coconut Oil, cocoa powder, and honey and whisk until completely smooth.
Remove “caramel” mixture from the fridge and evenly spread onto each of the 2 Quest Bar strips, molding it on top. Next, dip entire Quest bar strip in the chocolate coating making sure the entire Quest bar strip is coated. You may also use a spoon to pour and smooth the chocolate onto the Quest bar strips once they are on parchment paper. Place coated Quest strips on parchment paper and put them back in the fridge for 45 minutes. Remove from fridge and serve immediately.
