1 scoop flour
one tsp baking powder
couple shakes of pumpkin spice
½ cup pumpkin
2 egg whites
dash vanilla extract or almond extract
In a large mug or bowl mix all dry ingredients together; Gaspari’s Precision Protein, flour, baking powder and pumpkin spice together with a wire whisk. Stir in the pumpkin, egg whites and vanilla or almond extract to the dry ingredients.
(Here is the tricky part)
Protein powder does not like to be overbaked. For the best outcome check it often. Microwave for one minute then stir. Continue to cook for one minute and again stir. From here use 30 minute increments until you reach the cake-y consistency you desire.
