Think there is no possible way to make “Puppy Chow” healthy? Think again…

We can make even the unhealthiest snack food healthy just by switching up a few ingredients.  Plus, the addition of protein powder gives this some extra credit in the health department!

You can use this simple recipe as a base and add totally different flavors every time you make it! MTS Nutrition Whey comes in 15 different flavors!! Pick more than one and really shake things up!


1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey, melted
6 cups Chex cereal
1/2 cup  MTS Nutrition Whey , comes in delicious flavors like Caramel Sutra, Peanut Butter Fluff, No Bake Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream and so many more!


Coat cereal in almond butter and honey, add protein powder to a paper bag and add coated cereal. Shake to coat. Keep in fridge in sealed container.
