Protein pancakes are ca-razay good anyway and now you can add your homemade “Nutella” topping! You’ll be down right insane over these flapjacks!!
Coat shallow pan with non-stick spray.
Put on medium heat.
Mix all above ingredients and pour in pan.
When you notice bubbles on top of pancake and edges are not shiny flip.
Protein cooks fast so you will want to keep an eye on it.
Homemade “Nutella” Ingredients:
2 cups toasted hazelnuts
1/2 cup truvia
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 TB NOW Coconut Oil
2 TB heavy cream
Homemade “Nutella” Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Top pancake with “Nutella” and fresh almond butter
