The delicious flavor of peanut butter is even better when you throw in a banana to make these light and fluffy pancakes perfect!

Of course, we wouldn’t make pancakes without the wonderful addition of a muscle-building protein!

We added a scoop of  GAT Supertein to make these Superfit-friendly!

1/2 cup almond milk

1 scoop GAT Supertein, Peanut Butter

2 egg whites

1/2 mashed banana

crushed almonds

sugar free syrup

Heat griddle with non-stick cooking spray. First mash bananas with a fork then beat mashed bananas and egg whites together. Add 1 scoop GAT Supertein and mix well. Add milk slowly while stirring.  Cook like regular pancakes on medium heat.  When you start to see bubbles form on the top of the pancake flip to continue cooking on other side.

Serve with sugar free syrup and/or crushed almonds if desired.  Fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries would make a delicious PB&J alternative too!
