PEPPERMINT PROTEIN FUDGE
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup APS ISOMORPH 28, Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
1/4 tsp salt
5 crushed sugar free peppermint candies
Line a 10 x 10 pan with wax paper or parchment paper leaving paper over the edges. Mix all ingredients well and pour into pan. Freeze for one hour.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY PROTEIN ENERGY BITES

PROTEIN SPIKED EGG NOG
NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COCONUT FUDGE
3/4 cup Dymatize ISO-100, Fudge Brownie
2 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of stevia (liquid)
6 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together. Scoop into the bottom of a muffin tray by spoon full. Set in freezer to set for 5-7 minutes.
You want the fudge to be hard to the touch. Keep in the refrigerator or store in the freezer.
CHRISTMAS PROTEIN BROWNIES
1 can (15.28g) black beans, drain & rinse
1 cup (apx 4 scoops) DYMATIZE ISO-100, Fudge Brownie flavor
3 egg whites
1 TB instant coffee grounds
2 tsp baking soda
6 TB cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 cup Splenda (or sweetener of your choice, remember you will need less stevia if you choose to use that instead)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper with some over sides.
Place drained and rinsed black beans in food processor with egg and egg whites. Pulse until fully blended.
Pour black bean mixture in a medium bowl and add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour brownie mix into pan and bake for apx 25-30 mins.
Allow to cool and lift out of pan.
