This recipe makes a TON of cookies. You can easily make half of the recipe or freeze what you do not eat.
16 oz nuts’n more (protein peanut butter) Sesame Cranbutter (16oz jar)
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
4 TB agave nectar syrup
4 large egg white, fresh
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal- plain
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup DYMATIZE – ELITE WHEY PROTEIN, vanilla
1/2 cup stevia
1 tsp baking sod
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 cup packed raisins
Protein is a wonderful ingredient to add to recipes but does not like to be overbaked.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the nuts’n more sesame cranbutter, applesauce, agave and egg whites in bowl.
In another bowl add oatmeal, flour, protein, stevia, baking soda & cinnamon until combined.
Add to we ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in raisins.
Spray cookie sheets with butter spray.
Spoon dough onto cookie sheet.
Bake apx 6-8 minutes. Be sure to watch carefully. Do not overbake. Due to the amount of protein in this recipe it is better to take them out when not browned
