This is a great base recipe for a no-bake cookie. Add whatever ingredient you are in the mood for. The options are limitless!
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Nuts n More Chocolate Almond Butter
3 cups “old-fashioned” oatmeal (consider toasting your oatmeal for a rich flavor)
Over medium heat, combine the Splenda, cocoa, soymilk and butter.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
Boil for 1 minute then remove from heat
Stir in vanilla, Nuts n More Chocolate Almond Butter and oats
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper (I used a tablespoon measure).
Store in the refrigerator or freezer
