The HerSuppz Brand Ambassador Program was created to honor and support women of all fitness levels who ultimately find their strength despite any obstacles. Ambassadors can come from any occupation, whether an athlete or not, as long as they have a positive story to share about how embracing health and fitness became crucial in their lives. We are looking for women who have an inspiring story to tell and want to share it with others. We also seek athletes that love to compete and truly believe that supplements are a means of achieving higher performance. Whether a HerSuppz Ambassador is an athlete or not, they must be approachable, personable, and hold a high level of integrity.

Are you exceptionally motivated, active, social, and vocal about your health? Do you want to help others overcome the real-life obstacles that women face? If this sounds exciting and interesting, fill out the application. We will be growing the HerSUPPZ Ambassador Program on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Meet our exclusive HerSUPPZ Brand Ambassadors:

(March 2018-Dec 2018*)

Brenda Forsyth was born and raised in Iowa. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter when she is not working out.

Brenda found her passion for health and fitness in 2014. Being considered obese her entire life she learned how nutrition and staying active plays a huge role in her life and ended up losing 158lbs.

Brenda claims she was very ”gym-timadated” to walk through the doors of a gym. So she started lifting in her basement and learning on her own using different workout websites and participating in 12-week challenges online.

Recently Brenda decided that she was not going to be intimidated any longer and finally joined a gym. “I don’t know what I was so intimidated by. It’s an AMAZING place! Fitness isn’t one size fits all.”

Brenda has a whole new outlook on life and wants to motivate and encourage other people in every aspect of their life and remind them that nothing is impossible.

*Update October 2019…Brenda is now part-owner of the Suppz Store located in Dubuque, Iowa!  Go visit her when you are in the area she would love to see you!
