3 Rounds of each Set

SET 1
Around the World with Kettlebell (x20 alternating)
Leg Lifts (x20 together/ x20 alternating)
Ball Rollout (x20)
Side Crunch with Ball (x20 each side)

Cardio Burst after first & second rounds – 45 seconds – Sand Bag Throws/Burpees
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 minute – Sand Bag Throws/Burpees

SET 2 – WALL
Side Lunge with Kettlebell (x20 each side)
Squat Hold with Kettlebell Figure 8 (1 minutes – alternating direction)
One Legged Squat (x15 each leg)

Cardio Burst after first round – 45 seconds – Stair Climbs with Kettlebells
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 minute – Stair Climbs with Kettlebells

Booty Pops on BOSU (x20 together/x20 single leg on each leg)
BOSU Ball Twists (1 minute)
BOSU Side Sit Ups (x25 each side)

Cardio Burst after first round –30 second – Battle Rope on BOSU Ball
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 minute – Battle Rope on BOSU Ball
