EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Equipment: Stability Ball, Bosu Ball, Medicine Ball, Mat
- stability ball
- start with a 12lb dumbbells ( up or down depending on level)
- kettlebell
- stability ball
- Bosu ball
- mat
- oh yeah and one partner!
2 Rounds of each Set
SET 1
BOSU – Squat with Med Ball Toss (x30)
Sit up with Med Ball Toss to Partner (x30)
BOSU – Push ups with hand slaps (x25)
Cardio Burst after first round – 1 Minute Partner Boxing
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 Minute Partner Boxing

SET 2
Chair Squat Hold while partner Dips (1 minute)
BOSU – Off Set Push Ups (x20 each side)
BOSU – Sit with Leg Push (1 minute)
Cardio Burst after first round – 1 Minute Partner Boxing
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 Minute Partner Boxing

SET 3
Ball Push Downs
Straight Down (x10)
Side to Side (x10)
Double Ball Pull Ins (45 seconds) & Hold Pike (30 seconds)
Partner Squat (x20 and hold – repeat)
Cardio Burst after first round –1 Minute Partner Boxing
Cardio Burst after second round – 1 Minute Partner Boxing
