Equipment – Start with a 12lb weights (go up or down depending on level), Body Bar, Stability Ball, Bosu Ball & Mat
3 Rounds of each Set
SET 1
Reverse Lunge to Side Squat (x20 each side)
Push-Ups (x25)
Lunge with Side Raise Variations (x12 each variation)
Cardio Burst after first & second round – 30 second Bosu Ball Toe Taps
Cardio Burst after third round – 60 second Sand Bell Slam
SET 2
Standing Leg Raises (x20 with holds of each)
W-Y (x15)
Side Stabilization (30 second hold each side)
Cardio Burst after first & second round – 30 second Jump Lunges
Cardio Burst after third round – 1 minute Punching Bag – punches & kicks
SET 3
Seated Inner Thigh Squeeze with Curls (x20 & hold 20 – repeat)
Ball Drop with Ball Extension (1 minute)
Plank with Crossover (1 minute, alternating)
Cardio Burst after first round –30 second Mt. Climbers
Cardio Burst after third round – 1 minute Stair Run
