*4 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CIRCUIT 1
Core Circuit (plank, v-ups, spiderman) 2 mins
Boxing Circuit – 2 mins

CIRCUIT 2 (cable crossover)
Tri-cep straight bar push down (x20)
Seated rope row (x15 each arm)

CIRCUIT 3
Seated DB Curl (x20)
TRX Band Row(x20)

CIRCUIT 4
Assisted Pull-ups
V-Bar Pull-down
Cardio – 3 minute Sprint on Rower

LOWER BODY
* 15 Reps
* 4 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CIRCUIT 1
Squats
Walking Lunges
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

CIRCUIT 2
Romanian Deadlifts
Split Squats
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

CIRCUIT 3
Leg Press
Lying Leg Curl
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

FULL BODY
* 3 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CORE
TRX Pike (1 min)
Weighted V-Ups (1 min)

LOWER BODY
RDL (x15)
Straight Leg Deadlifts (x15)

UPPER BODY
Seated Curl (x15)
Seated Pull Downs (x20)
Cardio – Sprint on Rower (3 minutes)
