UPPER BODY
*4 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CIRCUIT 1
Pull Downs (x15)
V-Bar Row (x15)
Pull Ups (x20)
Cardio – Sprint on Rower (2 minutes)

CIRCUIT 2
Plank with Dumbbell Row (x20 each arm)
Bicep Curls standing on Bosu with slow return (x15)
Cardio – Sprint on Rower (2 minute)

CIRCUIT 3 (cable crossover)
Tricep Push Downs with Rope (x20)
Face Pulls on (x20)
Cardio – Sprint on Rower (3 minute sprint)

LOWER BODY
* 15 Reps
* 4 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CIRCUIT 1
Front Squats
Romanian Deadlifts
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

CIRCUIT 2
Smith Machine Leg Press
Walking Lunges
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

CIRCUIT 3
Leg Press
Good Mornings
Cardio – Weighted Stair Run (5 flights)

FULL BODY
* 3 sets of each circuit & end with cardio

CORE
Russian Twist with medicine ball (45 seconds)
Plank Crossover (45 seconds)
Weighted V-Ups (45 seconds)
Plank Variations on Bosu Ball (30 seconds each)
High Plank, Plank Up/Downs, Spiderman, Low Plank, Hip Drops in Low Plank
Cardio – Weighted Stair Runs (5 Flights – Up & Down)

LOWER BODY
Leg Extensions (x15)
Romanian Deadlifts (x15 each leg)
Elevated Step Backs (x15 each leg)
Cardio – Sprint on Rower (3 minutes)

UPPER BODY
Bicep Curls standing on Bosu with slow return (x15)
Tri-cep Dips (x30)
Standing Rows (x20)
Cardio – Stair Stepper (3 minutes)
