UPPER & LOWER LIFT CIRCUIT
Week 3 from Blog #4
As part of Mary’s 6-PACK at THIRTY-6 journey here is another LIFT CIRCUIT that will have you getting your 6-PACK ABS in no time!
*4 sets of each circuit, end with cardio
TRX Row (x20)
Cable Straight Bar Bicep Curl (x20)
TRX Curl (x20)
Dumbbell Row (x20)
Tricep Rope Push Down (x20)
Straight Bar Push Down (x20)
TRX Plank (1 min)
Decline Oblique Twist (1 min)
Cardio – 2 minute sprint 6 incline
* 4 sets of each circuit and end with cardio
Single Leg – Leg Press (x20 per leg)
Hamstring Curls (x20)
Cardio – 2 minute sprint at 10 incline
Split Squats (x15-20)
Walking Lunges with 25# kettlebells (1 min)
Cardio – 2 minute sprint at 7 incline
Leg Press (x20)
Single Leg RDL/Romanian Dead Lift (x20 each leg)
Cardio – 2 minute sprint at 5 incline
