MEASURING UP YOUR INNER CIRCLE

I’ve been told you are the “average” level of success measured by the 5 people you spend the most time with. If you sat down right now and wrote out the names of those 5 people, where do you stand in that inner circle? How is your time spent with each individual? Do you value each person as a positive aspect to your life? Perhaps to start, you will need to identify what your goals are.
YOU ARE WHO YOU HANG WITH
The people you surround yourself with directly affect your long-term, short-term, and immediate goals. I’ve always been someone who believes in the importance of the energy we receive from those who surround us. The people who aspire for more in life or have a drive for success have peers who value the same kind of personal development.
JUST SAY ‘GO’
What are your goals and how do your goals compare to those you spend the most time with? How are the 5 people you spend the most time with affecting you on your path to achieving your goals? If anyone of your peers cause a negative affect on your development and confidence you need to remove them from your inner circle. I don’t mean that you can never talk to them again, but just be aware of what their energy does for you and your path to success. Be conscious of your time and energy given to them as well.
BETTER TODAY BETTER TOMORROW
I’m always striving to become a better version of me. Today, I believe I am the best version of myself, but tomorrow there will be room for improvement.
My daily motivation is fed by the personal development I practice each day with my morning routine: wake up early, listening to thought-provoking and motivational podcasts, 70 minute training session (followed by 15 minutes of cool down and mobility work), and then lastly, the calm before the storm of showering and heading into work for the day. All done by 8:00am.
YOUR CHEERING SECTION
I can’t say I have many other peers that practice that same development style, but I do believe my inner circle consists of others who strive to be greater each day. We all have our own goals that we want to achieve and we all can benefit from building off of each other to get there.
Desiree is from a small town in southwestern Wisconsin. She’s enjoys everything outdoors and strives to live a healthy lifestyle.
Desiree believes life is about balance between a personal and professional lifestyle and continues to challenge herself with new goals and athletic pursuits to keep her body and mind guessing. She believes that success in all aspects of life is the ultimate goal and looks forward to helping and motivating her family, friends and followers to be the best version of themselves.
Desiree’s favorite products for post-workout, she has two favorites: Xtend and ABC CORE Nutritionals. Xtend brand blends very well and is a very fine kind of powder.She loves all the flavors! ABC CORE Nutritionals is an extensive blend with multiple aminos that will assist in more efficient recovery. My favorite flavor is the Blueberry!
Desiree loves Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy to spice up any drink and helps give her a boost of energy. The Amino Energy Café series as an excellent substitute for creamer in my coffee. She also uses flavors such as Watermelon or Blueberry mixed in lemonade or iced tea.
For protein her all-time favorite is Fudge Brownie flavor of Dymatize ISO-100. She has also tried cinnamon bun, cookies & crème and they’re delicious also!
