Homemade GranolaThe options are limitless. Add ground flaxseed, peanut butter, use your imagination! This makes a ton so keep it in the freezer and grab as you need.

1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup splenda (or brown sugar if splenda is not your thing)
1/2 cup smart balance oil
2 cups fruit preserves
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp cinnamon
8 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coarsely chopped almonds
2 1/2 cups golden raisins

Mix the first 6 ingredients together
In a separate large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well
Spread onto a baking sheet or large roaster pan
Bake at 250 degrees for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes

Cool completely then store in an air-tight container

It is meant to be a loose granola
