This is a super fun recipe to get the kids involved in because EVERYone loves Peanut Butter Cups! Pop them in the freezer and they make a great protein-packed and healthy snack!

For years chocolate and peanut butter has been a long time craving for many.  Anyone trying to lose weight wouldn’t dare tempt themselves with having this around the house.

Now you can include this recipe in your daily macro numbers and never feel like you are missing out again!

INGREDIENTS

4 TB dark cocoa

2 scoops of GAT Supertein, Rich Chocolate flavor

NOW BetterStevia Organic Powder, optional

4 TB water (approximately)

6 TB Bell Plantation PB2

2 TB Nuts ‘n More Almond Butter

4 TB water (approximately)

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl mix the dark cocoa, GAT Supertein and NOW Foods BetterStevia Organic Powder then add water slowly to until you get a good consistency. You will want it not too thick but not too runny.

In a separate small bowl mix the Bell Plantation PB2 and the Nuts ‘n More Almond Butter adding the water to make mixing easier.

Using two ice cube trays spoon a small layer of the chocolate mixture in the bottom of each cube; place a small teaspoon of the Nuts ‘n More Almond Butter mixture in the center of each tray of chocolate; follow with another layer of chocolate mixture enough to cover the PB2.

Place in freezer for approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

Pop them out when you are ready to eat!

Besides, being a mom and wife I am also a bodybuilder. My husband and I have competed in several competitions from 2012 from 2015.  Every competition brings more information on how to be better and stronger both mentally and physically.

I reached 200 pounds after having my children and several things have led me down my path of wanting to be healthier and better for myself and for my family; countless fitness dvds, a gym membership, leading a weight management class at my church and a personal trainer telling me I had good symmetry.

I have learned many things on my fitness journey, but the one thing that I hear over and over no matter what size they are, is the self-talk that many women tell themselves regarding the way they see themselves. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have the tools and wisdom of the people around me to help women of all shapes and dynamics to help them on their journey.
