CIRCUIT ONE of your BEST BUTT WORKOUT
Barbell Hip Thrusts: 5 sets 12-15 reps
Glute Kickbacks: 5 sets 10-12 reps
- on leg extension or glute machine
- no rest between sets
Cable Kickbacks: 5 sets 15 reps
Pulses: 10 sets 10 reps with 10 seconds rest between sets
CIRCUIT TWO of your BEST BUTT WORKOUT
Cable Side Leg Lift: 5 sets 15 reps
Pulses: 10 sets 10 reps with only 10 second rest between sets
Superset: 15 reps each
- Side Step Ups on Bench
- Standing Back Kicks
Legs: 4 sets each
- Deep Squats 12 reps
- Hip thrusts 15 reps
- Reverse lunge 12 reps
- Plié squat 15 reps
- Squats on Abductor machine 15 reps
CIRCUIT THREE of your BEST BUTT WORKOUT
4 sets 12 reps each:
- Good Morning/ Squat with barbell superset
- Band Walks
Start slow with less weight if you have to! This is TOUGH but so worth it! The people behind you will thank you!!
