One thing we know for sure is that Elspeth knows a thing or two about an awesome butt workout!

Elspeth combines all of her best butt exercises to give you the  glutes that you have always dreamed of!



Combine this workout with Elspeth Katherine’s YOUR BEST UPPER BODY WORKOUT or YOUR BEST TANK TOP WORKOUT and you have an excellent all-over workout!



Barbell Hip Thrusts: 5 sets 12-15 reps

Glute Kickbacks: 5 sets 10-12 reps

  • on leg extension or glute machine
  • no rest between sets


Cable Kickbacks: 5 sets 15 reps

Pulses: 10 sets 10 reps with 10 seconds rest between sets



Cable Side Leg Lift: 5 sets 15 reps

Pulses: 10 sets 10 reps with only 10 sec rest between sets

Superset: 15 reps each

  • Side Step Ups on Bench
  • Standing Back Kicks


Legs: 4 sets each

  • Deep Squats 12 reps
  • Hip thrusts 15 reps
  • Reverse lunge 12 reps
  • Plié squat 15 reps
  • Squats on Abductor machine 15 reps



4 sets 12 reps each:

  • Good Morning/ Squat with barbell  superset
  • Band Walks


Start slow with less weight if you have to! This is TOUGH but so worth it! The people behind you will thank you!!
