INGREDIENTS for PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES
1/4 cup 100% pumpkin
2 tablespoons oat flour or coconut flour
1 egg white
1 scoop Dymatize ISO-100 Gourmet Vanilla flavor
Sweetener of choice
Dash of salt
Cinnamon to taste
Spray pan or griddle with spray butter. Mix together all ingredients and pour on heated pan. Cook 30-45 seconds or until golden brown on each side.
BONUS: Drizzle on top
1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (melted)
2 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
Sweetener of choice
Mix together and spread on top of pancakes
Optional: 1/8-1/4c berries
