Cookies and Cream Protein Muffins

Cookies and Cream Protein Muffins are a delicious protein packed muffin for breakfast or a quick snack. These muffins are gluten free, vegetarian, and loaded with protein.       

 

 

Ingredients
4 scoops  (apx 1 cup) DYMATIZE ELITE Whey Protein, Cookies ‘n Cream flavor
4 egg whites
1/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Mix all ingredients well . Spoon in sprayed muffin pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Be careful not to overbake.

Makes 12 muffins.
