Confetti Cake Batter Mug CakeDo you want to make a healthy slice of Birthday Cake or simply have a craving for a piece of cake?

This is your answer!!

Ingredients:
1 scoop (28g) DYMATIZE ISO-100 Birthday Cake flavor
1/4 cup MET-Rx Pancake Mix
1/2 tsp Splenda or Stevia
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 small pkg sugar-free/fat-free vanilla pudding mix
Drop of vanilla extract
1 whole egg (or 2 egg whites)
1/4 cup almond milk

Toppings:
fat-free whipped topping
sprinkles

Preparation:
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Mix in vanilla extract, egg, and almond milk.
Spray a glass mug with Pam spray (or equivalent)
Pour all batter in glass container making sure batter is level on top.
Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Using a fork or spatula scrape along sides of mug and flip cake onto serving plate.
Top with whipped topping and sprinkles.
