CINNAMON PROTEIN MUG CAKE

Hungry for a cinnamon roll but don’t want all those crazy calories or fat?
Check out this cinnamon mug cake!

The addition of our best-selling isolate will give a good excuse to eat two of these cinnamony mugs of gainz.  (We won’t tell)

 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop DYMATIZE ISO-100, Cinnamon Bun flavor

2 egg whites

2 tsp oat flour or coconut flour

1 tsp cinnamon

Stevia to taste

2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup

4 TB water

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug. Mixture should be thick while still falling off the spoon. Add more water if necessary.

Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Be sure to not over-bake, protein does not like to be over-baked!

Top with light or fat-free whip topping and drizzle some maple almond butter for some extra yummy-ness!
