These quick delicious Chocolate Peppermint Protein Balls will keep you coming back for more and they won’t stand in the way of all your hard work!
Keep them on hand for an easy on-the-go snack when you need just something a little sweet to pop in your mouth. You will want to make these all year long!
2 pinches sea salt
1/3 cup CORE NUTRITIONALS CORE PRO, Chocolate Delight
½ cup cocoa powder
3 TBS coconut oil (melted)
3 TBS maple syrup
¼ tsp peppermint extract
10 small candy canes
Mix sea salt, Core Nutritionals CORE PRO, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and peppermint extract until mixed well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Roll dough to form into 2 inch wide balls.
You may want to place balls in fridge for additional 10 mins to firm up.
Gently roll in crushed peppermint candy canes.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes apx. 12 balls
Time: 20 – 30 mins.
