These are so good. Nuts ‘N More is a brand of different flavor nut butter that has added protein, fiber, and flax!! Plus, you can never go wrong adding chocolate to just about anything!
16 oz Nuts ‘N More (protein peanut butter) Chocolate PB (16oz jar)
2 cups Splenda
2 large egg, fresh, whole, raw
1/2 cup Bread Flour – Unbleached, King Arthur Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Mix Nuts ‘N More chocolate peanut butter, Splenda & eggs in a bowl.
Add flour & baking soda and mix until combined.
Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Spray cookie sheet lightly with butter spray.
Drop by spoonfuls leaving space between. These do not seem to spread as much as other cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 mins. Because of the amount of protein added to the nuts ‘n more it is very important to not overbake.
