This Chicken Salad has a little bit of everything!
Keep this quick on-the-go meal or snack in your refrigerator for the kids or you to grab before the pool, before the game or for those wonderful meals you actually get to enjoy together!
1 pound cut up or cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, fat free, plain
1/2 cup mayo fat free
1/2 cup red onion
1 cup grapes (green, red, or a combo of both)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup NOW Raw Walnuts
1 small apple, cut in about ½ inch pieces
1 celery stalk cut in small pieces
Approx. 1TBS of lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients to taste.
Serve on your favorite bread, roll, or enjoy by the spoonful!
