This Cappuccino Protein Mug Cake is for the serious choco-coffee-holics out there!

A couple scoops of this, a couple scoops of that and you have yourself a super-easy, super protein-packed snack or dessert that will satisfy any serious chocolate-coffee fanatic!!


1 TB flour

One scoop DYMATIZE ISO-100, Fudge Brownie

1 TB cocoa

One TB Splenda (or your choice of sweetener)

1 tsp instant coffee granules

1 tsp baking powder

One egg white

1/4 cup light soymilk, vanilla

splash of vanilla extract

Optional topping your favorite fresh fruit

Combine and mix all ingredients in a large mug or bowl. Place in microwave and bake for 25 minutes. Take out being careful the mug may be hot. Place back in microwave and continue to bake for another 20-25 minutes. Be careful to not over-bake. Protein powder does not like to be over-baked.
