1 scoop Core Nutritionals MRP, Rich Chocolate
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
Small banana
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Blend in blender and bake in a ramekin for 20 mins at 350 degrees
Top with a spoonful of Peanut Butter!
