Whether you get your fruits and veggies from your own backyard, the supermarket or your Saturday morning Farmer’s Market fresh zucchini can be found easily and can be shredded to keep in the freezer for months to use all year round!
3 egg whites
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup zucchini, grated
1 scoop DYMATIZE ISO-100, Cake Batter flavor
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray mini loaf pan well with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Blend or purée if you can.
Place in oven to cook for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
