One of my favorite products is the many varieties of essential oils they have available from HerSUPPZ! I have every diffuser they sell and I make sure to have one in each room of my house. I can’t wait to see which one they get next!
Aromatherapy oils are not just to be used in a diffuser either. NOW Essential oils can be used in a room mister or even added to a hot bath for a relaxing time-out for Mom and a peaceful muscle soother after a tough workout.

They can even help with your mood and sleep patterns. They purify your home, enhance your spiritual awareness and physical wellness and can even help your beauty routine.
What exactly is an Essential Oil?
Essential oils are natural oil that is typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other sources from which it is extracted. The number of essential oils are endless.
There is a fragrance for everyone and for your every need. According to the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy the term “essential oil” is a contraction of the original “quintessential oil.” This stems from the Aristotelian idea that matter is composed of four elements; fire, air, earth, and water. The fifth element, or quintessence, was then considered to be spirit or life force.
Distillation and evaporation were thought to be processes of removing the spirit from the plant and this is also reflected in our language since the term “spirits” is used to describe distilled alcoholic beverages such as brandy, whiskey, and eau de vie. The last of these again shows reference to the concept of removing the life force from the plant.
Nowadays, of course, we know that, far from being spirit, essential oils are physical in nature and composed of complex mixtures of chemicals.
My favorite thing to do with the oils is to add them to my hot bath post-workout. It helps with soreness, muscle recovery, and relaxation. The essential oils that help with muscle pain are Marjoram and Peppermint, Balsam Fir, Basil, Birch, Cypress, Ginger, Lavender, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Silver Fir, Spanish Sage, Vetiver, White Fir, and Wintergreen.
Many of which HerSUPPZ carries. And when you get out of the bath they also leave you smelling amazing for quite some time.
My favorite diffuser is the Now Ultrasonic Dual Mist Oil Diffuser. This diffuser is BPA free and has dual directional mist nozzles, which utilize high-frequency ultrasonic electrical vibrations to create an ultra-fine mist. This diffusion method doesn’t utilize heat, which maintains essential oil integrity and holistic properties every time you use it. To all of my diffusers, I add about 5 drops the essential oils and this one you can set for the desired time which is nice.
So why not help your sore muscles, purify your home and enhance your beauty with an assortment of essential oils.
Even if you don’t believe in the holistic side of things at least you will enjoy some amazing aromas throughout your home and leave everything smelling fresh!
