Coffee is Good for You!
Just like almost anything in moderation coffee is actually good for you!
This wonderful drink contains nutrients and antioxidants such as riboflavin, pantothenic acid, manganese, potassium, magnesium and niacin. Your body needs all these nutrients to function on a daily basis.
The lighter the roast the more the nutrients are preserved. The longer the little brown bean is roasted the more the nutrients are roasted out due to the heat.
Many people believe the darker the cup the more caffeine but it is actually the opposite.
If you are looking for more caffeine and nutrients in your morning cup of joe go for the lighter roast.
