There are so many workout channels to subscribe to on YouTube! And we know our FitGirls out there would love to subscribe to every single one, but all you need are a few really great ones.

We have helped you narrow down that list to help you get started.

Here are 5 of the best workout channels to subscribe to on YouTube and why you need to add them right now!

LOVE SWEAT FITNESS

From healthy eating, to challenges and quickie workouts, Love Sweat Fitness has some very helpful videos for everyone. New videos are posted every Monday, which are at-home friendly and require little to no equipment. Katie Dunlop, creator of LSF, lost about 45 pounds herself before creating this positive, beautiful community, and now she helps guide you on your fitness journey.

FITNESS BLENDER

This channel has a bunch of workout options as well as some of Fitness Blender’s own recipes. Ranging from flexibility and quick workouts, to full-length videos and coordination workouts, this channel has a lot of opportunities for a well-rounded athlete. Created by husband and wife, Daniel and Kelli, they believe in improving health and the quality of life through unbiased workout and nutrition information.

POPSUGAR FITNESS

One of my absolute favorite brands is PopSugar, and PopSugar Fitness is even better! PopSugar Fitness offers trending workouts like Victoria’s Secret workouts, Tabata, Bar, and more. They even offer a real-time class called Class FitSugar with Anna Renderer. Their playlists include ab workouts, HIIT, butt and thighs, and so many more, as well as different recipes.

YOGA WITH ADRIENE

Yoga should be included with your regular workout routine to increase flexibility and allow you to perform better during your usual workout. That is why I love Yoga with Adriene. Adriene compliments any gender and all levels with practices to take your body on a journey of healing and relief. Her workouts are designed to tone and trim and increase flexibility. There are so many practices including healing, Yoga for Digestion, Seated Yoga, full hour-long practices, and many more. I highly recommend subscribing to her channel!

BEFIT

High-quality workouts with well-known trainers including Scott Herman, BeFit is worth your time I promise! They have over 80 different playlists that include full body workouts, Pilates, Boot Camp series, Pregnancy, Yoga and more! You can also find throwbacks with trainer Jane Fonda.

Faith is living a healthy lifestyle and her ultimate passion is to inspire others to do the same.

She decided to change the way she was living 4 years ago, but she wasn’t expecting to actually fall in love with it!

Now she enjoys experimenting with different kinds of fitness and challenging her body to new heights whether it be pilates, plyometric training, or weight training, and she aims to inspire others to realize the strength within themselves as well.
