These are by far the easiest, fastest peanut butter cookies recipe you will ever see. Using only 3 ingredients make them healthier and just as delicious as the higher calorie version. In most peanut butter cookie recipes you will find tons of butter, tons of sugar and tons of carbohydrates.

The not-so-secret ingredient that binds all this peanuty protein goodness is an… apple!
½ cup natural peanut butter
½ cup GASPARI MYOFUSION ADVANCED PROTEIN, Peanut Butter Cookie flavor
1 apple, peeled and chopped
Preheat oven to 430 degrees (220 degrees Celsius).
Combine all ingredients together in a food processor.
After all of the ingredients are blended well, shape the dough into approx 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
Use a fork to make the traditional criss cross shape on top of the cookie.
Watch closely at such a high heat they will bake fast! Remove them when they are slightly brown and leave on the cookie sheet until cool completely.
